About the clinic

A nonprofit primary care clinic for people in Lodi who have too often gone without regular care.

Our mission

To provide dependable, respectful primary care to the Lodi community, regardless of ability to pay or insurance status.

Our name

We take our name from Ibn Sina (Avicenna), the eleventh-century physician and scholar whose Canon of Medicine shaped the practice of medicine for centuries. His work joined careful observation with care for the whole person, and we hold ourselves to the same standard.

How we work

  • We welcome every patient, with any insurance or none.
  • We bill insurance programs that cover our patients, and we rely on grants and donations to close the gap.
  • We keep our finances and decisions accountable to our board and to the community we serve.
