We are building this clinic with the community. There are three ways to take part.
Volunteer
We are looking to hear from physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, and others in health care, as well as people who can help with outreach, translation, scheduling, and administration.
Partner with us
Schools, faith communities, local businesses, and health and social service organizations can help us reach patients and understand what the community needs. We welcome conversations about referrals and shared programs.
Give
