Primary care
- Visits for common illnesses and injuries
- Preventive care and health screenings
- Ongoing management of chronic conditions
- Referrals to specialists and community resources
Insurance and payment
We plan to accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and private insurance. For patients without coverage, we will offer care that is affordable and based on need, and we will help eligible patients find out whether they qualify for coverage.
When we open
